Pregnancy Massage Demo (for Birthing Partners)

This treatment is a “win-win” for expectant Mums! During your 60 minute session we will:
1. Give you a Full Body Massage
2. Provide guidance to your Birthing Partner on how to massage you at home to soothe your tired muscles.

Your Birthing Partner will attend this session to watch us at work. As we massage you, we will explain simple massage techniques that they can use at home to relax and comfort you and to ease any pain. The treatment and advice given will be Tailor Made according to your individual requirements.

As part of your treatment you have the option of being shown some Kegel exercises to use at home to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. These exercises will help support your pelvic organs and prevent stress incontinence. If you are interested we will spend the first 10 minutes of your session doing these.
